Refund Policy

 

Every Somniway order is prepared with care to ensure a smooth experience from checkout to arrival. If something does not meet expectations, returns are possible within 14 days of delivery. Comfort and clarity remain at the center of every step.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Complete with all labels and protective covers

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or contamination cannot be accepted.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Send an email to info@somniway.com with the order number and a short explanation of the reason for return. Include photos if relevant. Guidance will be provided for each step of the process.

 

RETURN METHOD

Once the request is approved, a registration link will be shared by email. Depending on the situation, supporting details or images may be required, especially in cases of damage.

After receiving the product, a quality check is carried out to confirm it meets the return conditions. A confirmation and status update will follow by email.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, incorrect, or defective.

After submitting a return request, an estimated return cost will be shared by email. Once confirmed, the return instructions will be sent. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.

Customs delays or clearance issues are beyond Somniway’s control and do not qualify as a valid reason for return. Items from product bundles usually need to be returned in full; individual components cannot be refunded separately.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@somniway.com within 14 days of delivery. Somniway will cover the cost of return shipping in these cases.

 

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and approved, a confirmation email will be sent. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

 

EXCHANGES

For exchanges (for example, a different colour or variation), contact info@somniway.com. After approval, details of any additional costs such as shipping or price difference will be provided. Once these are settled, return instructions will be shared. When the item is received and approved, a store credit will be issued by email to complete the new order.

 

RETURN REFUSAL

Somniway reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet policy requirements. This includes items that are used, damaged, incomplete, or returned after the 14-day period. Returns sent to an address other than the one provided will not be accepted.
